How do I create an account/profile?
When you first visit WealthyBDSMDating.com you can click on the "New Account" button on the home page to create an account. An account is basic information such as your username, password, date of birth, location, etc...most of which is not available to other users. After a new account is created, you can use this to login to the site, however you will be restricted from activity until you create a profile. The profile is what other users will see when they search and find you. Your profile will go thru a manual review process and you will be notified of the results. If approved, then you can login and use the other features of the website, such as searching for members and communicating with them.
Do you have a toll free number I can call for customer support questions?
We do not provide a toll-free number as we are trying to keep our membership costs down. You can contact us using our “contact us” page. In the future if we feel the toll free number is needed we will add it at a later date.
Why didn’t I receive my Activation email?
You may have typed in your email address incorrectly or your activation email maybe located in you spam/junk folder. If you continue to have problems please contact us with an email at our email@example.com address. Please make sure you tell us what exactly a description of your problem is and we will address it as soon as we can. Another option is to send an email to the Admin on the website.
How do I cancel my Membership?
You can cancel your membership by logging in and going to your account settings. At the bottom of the page you can cancel your membership and verify that you would like to do so. We will not be responsible in canceling your Membership, we ask that you do this yourself. Once you have cancelled your Membership we are unable to restore and you will need to create a new profile.

You can change your password by logging into your account and going to account settings.
My username and password does not work when logging into the website?
Please make sure your username is spelled correctly. You may have also spelled your password incorrectly which in turn you will not be able to login. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. Where does my credit card information/payment reside?
The merchant we choose will have their own website which you will be redirected to. They will provide all security for your credit card information and provide encryption of your information. The merchant we have choose is “2co“ and they will provide customer service to you with a toll free number for any billing issues. We will not automate renewals so you will not have to worry about recurring monthly charges unless stated otherwise or you choose the option to have recurring charges. Do you allow refunds if I am unhappy?
No, we do not offer refunds because we are giving you a free month membership and this will give you enough time to decide if you would like to become a member. The second reason we do not offer a refund as we are charged by our Merchant “commissions” for using their service and are penalized an extra charge for refunds. Our goal is to keep your membership fee at a lower cost to you. Of course under certain circumstances we may have the option to refund.
Why was my profile denied?
Profiles are not to include email address, phone number, other website addresses or an empty description of your profile. We read all profiles so please provide meaningful content.
Why am I having problems with uploading my photo?
Your photo needs to be in a jpeg, jpg or gif format. If your photo is to large you may need to downsize it with your photo software you may have or you maybe able to use your paint program and save it with one of those extensions. If you continue to have problems you can send your photo to our staff and we will crop and add this for you. Please send to email@example.com. You will need to provide username and password for us to be able to complete this service for you.
Why is my photo denied?
Again as stated before, no pornographic pictures or nude shots will be allowed on this site as we want to keep this site respectful. The picture must be you and no other person in your family such as kids, animals etc. No copyright photos or pictures of famous people will be allowed either.
Why was something in my profile rejected:You used offensive or abusive language
